Personal Time Off (PTO) is for use at the employee's discretion for time away from work due to vacations, illnesses, family commitments, medical appointments and other personal reasons. You will start earning PTO from the day you arrive at Lightwave. You will accrue 15 days of PTO during your first year at Lightwave and accrual rate increases up to 25 days at 10 years of service. Medical and Dental Insurance premiums are paid by Lightwave at 90% for employees and 75% for employees' dependents. You can choose coverage by either a major medical plan or a Health Maintenance (HMO) program. Employees are eligible for insurance from the date of hire. Cash profit sharing and bonus programs are discretionary benefits granted to employees by management based on achievement of business performance goals. 401K Retirement Savings Plan is available from the date of hire.
