Mr. Gibb joined Lightspeed Financial Services Group in 2018 with over 15 years experience in the brokerage industry. Prior to Lightspeed, Mr. Gibb most recently held the role of Co-President of Lightspeed Trading. Mr. Gibb joined Lightspeed upon its inception in 2006 after three years of trading equities on a proprietary desk. Throughout his tenure at Lightspeed Mr. Gibb served as the firms Trading Operations Manager, Director of Client Service, EVP of Brokerage Operations, and Co-President. Mr. Gibb is a graduate of Fordham University where he earned a BS in Finance. He is based out of the New York office and holds Series 4, 7, 24, 27, 55, and 63 licenses. Mr. Ott has over 19 years industry experience and is a technologically sophisticated leader with keen insight into systems operation, front- and back-end operations, sales, product and project management within the financial services industry. Joining Lightspeed Financial Services Group in 2018, Kevin has held positions at Lightspeed Trading and Terra Nova Financial. Mr. Ott is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BBA in Finance. He holds his Series 7 and 24 licenses and is based out of our Chicago office. Aronoff began his career at Shearson Lehman Brothers as a financial consultant.
