Our aim is to make your job easier, add an additional product to your lending portfolio and have you deal directly with the lender to get your client capital. • Referrer fee payable to you directly upon settlement (generally 1-2% of loan value) • Credit impaired / bankrupt clients maybe acceptable Are you an Accountant? • Clients have pending creditor debts & bank arrears • Do you have clients with equity available but poor credit history – applicants are not prejudiced • Any unpaid accounting fees owed to your firm are paid directly upon settlement • A referrer fee may be payable to your firm directly upon settlement (generally 1% of loan value) Are you a Lawyer?
