Over the past sixteen years, Steve Lund has worked on various projects for various companies. Steve Lund has produced countless TV commercials for a vast array of local and in international clients. Some of these clients include Hyundai, Coca Cola, KFC, Jetstar Japan, Telstra, The Minerals Council of Australia, St George, Sara Lee and the Salvation Army. The work has been varied in size, style and complexity. From this experience, Lightracer is capable of taking on any TV commercial project in any capacity required. Steve Lund has produced many corporate films for clients such as IBM and BHP Billiton. In addition he produced a feature length documentary titled Fatbelly- Chopper Unchopped. This has been regularly distributed locally and internationally. Currently Lightracer is in development for a new documentary based around an Australians attempt to raise awareness of youth suicide by circumnavigating Samoa in a kayak. Steve Lund is an Australian producer whose career in film, television and advertising spans over 20 years. Having begun as a freelance production co-ordinator on commercials and in broadcast television whilst finishing a business degree, Steve moved into a producing role, spending four years with arguably the busiest TV department in Australia at Singleton Ogilvy & Mather. He excelled under the extreme pressures of a hectic commercial environment and learned a great deal about how to guide and manage the relationship between a creative process and its necessarily tangible outcomes. Joining Plush Films in 2006, Steve produced countless commercials varying in size and style, including the heavily publicised Keep Mining Strong campaign, moving on to produce most of the well-received This is Our Story campaign with Plump Films from 2009 Steve loves his work and he loves a challenge. He has worked and studied in Japan, and was able to draw on his cultural skills with an IBM production focussing on Japans ageing population .
