DESCRIPTION OF LIGHTPOINT’S SERVICES LightPoint provides two services: Information Technology (“IT”) related Managed Services and Datacenter services. LightPoint’s managed services (“LP Support”) provide client focused, proactive IT services to customers in the Pacific Northwest through one, a subset, or all of the following LP Support components: Helpdesk, Server, Security, Adviser, and Project. While LightPoint’s customers as a whole cover a wide array of products and services, LightPoint specializes in supporting medical, legal, financial and professional services companies. LightPoint’s datacenter services (“LP Datacenter”) provide hosting and collocation services allowing customers to house critical IT infrastructure in both managed and un-managed models within our highly available, Oregon-based datacenter. The LightPoint staff enable customers to find and implement the perfect datacenter or cloud solution to meet their business needs.
