What we're currently doing to our planet, and to each other, is unacceptable. We've lost our way - our spirituality, creativity and consciousness; all undermined and compromised resulting in a loss of what it means to be truly human. We underperform as a result of this frustration and we endear ourselves to redundant systems of work because 'better the devil you know'​ appears safer compared to the unknown alternative. Ultimately it all comes down to Leadership, or lack of, where current versions need to be 'unlearnt'​ if we are to truly prosper into the future. I was once part of that system...but I saw the light...and created 'Lighthouse Road'​ to support organisations to disrupt themselves and become agents for a better world and future.
