Lighthouse was founded in 2020 with a bold vision: to revolutionise housebuilding and usher in a new era of quality, sustainability and speed. Housebuilding hasn’t changed in over a century – we believe that this is the moment for change, and we are determined to be at the forefront of it. At Lighthouse we do things differently: we are a timber-framed modular manufacturer and offer both bespoke and standardised homes. We build houses, apartments and bungalows (and occasionally bird observatories). We are a growing company working hard to constantly improve quality, sustainability and delivery for our clients.
