Investments in technology, human capital, training, and process improvement enabled Lighthouse Placement Services, LLC. to become an industry leader in technical and engineering staffing. In 2019, Lighthouse Placement Services merged with the Professional division of Monroe Staffing Services, another successful Staffing 360 Solutions brand with 50 years of heritage and service to the community.
