Lighthouse Mind is a coaching consultancy established in 2010. Our aim is to offer coaching and support to people who find themselves either at a career crossroads or looking to enhance their performance and effectiveness. We help people to identify and achieve their professional goals and support them through successful career transitions. This sounds simple in theory, however we rarely give ourselves the freedom or time to focus on planning and managing our careers effectively. Our strong business acumen combined with a holistic and pragmatic approach to coaching enables us to understand each individual's unique professional and personal circumstances.
