Lighthouse Financial Corp. is a commercial finance company specializing in Asset Based Loans (ABL) to mid-sized businesses in the eastern half of the United States. Lighthouse Financial makes creative commercial loans based on the collateral value of the assets on a client's balance sheet to a greater degree than on income statement or cash flow performance. As an asset based lender, we monitor the value of the pledged collateral more closely than traditional lenders.
