Founded in 2010, www.lightdims.com is a family owned company created by Jason Hampton. Jason invented LightDims because he realized from his own experiences that in this era of electronics and technology, homes, offices, and even cars are being inundated by shiny bright lights and displays. While technology serves a positive purpose, it can also have negative effect on the health of many people. Bright LED lights and displays on electronics and appliances often cause lack of sleep, and cause pain and irritation to many people who have sensitive eyes due to Lasik surgery or certain eye disorders. Jason was compelled to create a product that would help him and others work and live in this age of shiny bright lights with out irritation and pain. Our goal at LightDims is to create quality products that help people and enrich their lives.
