We are here to change your body and mind; one inch and pedal stroke at a time. We will remind you that working out is fun and doing it often makes us better humans. At LIFT, we empower you to create change and encourage you to step right on into it. LIFT Barre we sculpt every inch of your body, targeting muscles you didn’t know you had while creating length and flexibility you need. LIFT Heated HIIT class will build stamina of body and heart, an essential as we grow young :) A dark room, candles and bumping beats set the stage to get lost in LIFT Bike which will redefine what you think you are capable of accomplishing. At LIFT stepping outside the box doesn’t exist because here, in this place, there is no box. Big change can happen with the smallest of steps and we can do anything we want on our own but that together is way better!
