LifeVersity is an academic startup on a mission to make 21st-century skills practical, evidence-informed, and genuinely enjoyable to learn. What started as a Community for Learning & Innovation (CLI) project at Erasmus University Rotterdam has grown into a training partner for students, young professionals, SMEs, and organizations navigating fast-changing, people-driven work environments. LifeVersity was born from a simple belief: everyone deserves equal access to high-quality skill development-especially the skills textbooks don’t teach. Since 2019, we’ve supported 2,500+ learners through hands-on programs in public speaking, communication, leadership, creativity, and emerging skills like generative AI. Today, LifeVersity designs and delivers science-based, highly interactive training for individuals, companies, and universities-helping people communicate with confidence, collaborate more effectively, and turn ideas into impact.
