Lifestyle Engineering is the mindset and methodology of intentional living to achieve happiness and success. It goes beyond "lifestyle design." It is tight-knit community of life hackers who use efficient learning and effective problem solving to implement optimal solutions. We focus on self-awareness, situation analysis, lifestyle solution design, and especially on taking action. Our members are around the world, training with ninjas, running companies, kitesurfing on Necker Island, studying rapid learning strategies, partying on the floor of the NYSE, running four and a half minute miles, and simply achieving our dreams. And we celebrate every win together. In short, "Work Hard, Play Hard" isn't just a saying for us. It's a lifestyle. So what's it like to be a part of this group? Well, we hand pick and interview every member, so when we have discussions on sleep optimization or outsourcing productivity, it feels like talking with your friends. Probably because we are friends.
