Lifespan Services Information

LIFESPAN is a North Carolina non-profit organization that empowers children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing education, employment, and enrichment opportunities to live, work, and play in their communities. The programs of LIFESPAN operate from 17 locations in North Carolina between Haywood and Alamance counties. Program services include: Adult Day Care, Adult Day Health, ADVP, Alternative Family Living, Community Guide, Contracted Services, Day Activity, Day Supports, Developmental Day (5 years of age through High School Graduation), Developmental Therapy Service, Home and Community Services, In-Home Skill Building, Innovations Services, Long Term Vocational Support Services, Personal Assistance, Personal Care, Private Pay, Residential Supports (ICF/IID Group Homes), Respite, Special Instruction (formerly CBRS), Supported Employment, and Vocational Rehabilitation.
