Lifeline Services Information

Lifeline Services was established to provide a family living experience in a residential setting for developmentally disabled and brain injured adults. Most of our residents are ambulatory, while some require mobility assistance. Others may have varying degrees of skill challenges, emotional difficulties, or behavioral problems. As appropriate, our residents are aided in achieving the level of responsibility required for independent living. The multiple residences owned and operated by Lifeline Services provide a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment for adult men and women. Our residents enjoy private, attractively furnished rooms, tasty and wholesome meals, and a wide variety of learning and recreational activities that help each person reach full potential. Carefully chosen and trained staff members are in residence at each home 24 hours of every day, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere. Our Lifeline homes blend into their respective locations in the greater Fond du Lac area -- from well-maintained ranch and two-story dwellings in friendly neighborhoods.
