Lifecycle Innovations has been operating for near thirty (30) years and specialises in large scale Programme and Crisis management, Change, Innovation, Project improvement/ training and Venture start-ups. Our recent assignments include Sterling Projects, OzBike Magazine, Endeavour Dinks (Woolworths), JetStar Airways, DP World Australia, Procera Networks (in Australia, Singapore, Sweden, USA and Ireland) working mainly for Optus and SingTel, Redcore/ Commonwealth Bank, NBN-Co, VeriFone/Westpac, Australian Defence Credit Union (ADCU)/ Cuscal, Thales Australia, Secure Parking, NRMA, Suncorp GIO Aristocrat Technologies and ING Bank. In addition to these clients, Stephen has significant experience working with the Local, State and Federal Governments, and developed and then implemented the Federal Affordable Housing Policies, the NSW Dept. of Education Literacy and Numeracy Policies and recently Project Managed the NSW Railcorp Transition into Sydney Trains and NSW Trains and previously designed and implemented the Railcorp Management Improvement and Adherence to guidelines agreement.
