LifeCenter Plus is a full-service, four-season health and fitness facility, a partner in keeping Hudson, Stow and the surrounding communities fit since 1978. LifeCenter Plus was named one of the top 100 health and fitness clubs in America and, in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011 garnered “Best in Aquatics” by Aquatics International Magazine. At LifeCenter Plus, our goal is to exceed members’ expectations to provide exceptional customer service in a safe, clean, welcoming environment. Degreed, certified fitness staff and personal trainers design individual programs for members—regardless of age, shape, size or physical abilities. Our mission is to enhance each member and guest’s health and well being by helping them reach their fitness goals. LifeCenter Plus facilities include a complete Fitness Center with TechnoGym strength-training and cardio equipment, five pools including Warm Water Therapy pool plus an Outdoor Aquatic Center; Spinning Studio with state-of-the-art StarTrak bikes; Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi Studios; indoor track; rock climbing wall; Kids Klub fitness programs and much more.
