Introducing, the LifeBalance Personal Training Program. We have designed a program that provides you, the discerning woman of today, with a fitness solution to fit your life. We provide an upscale fitness space private to you and a small group, in which you work with a personal trainer on a regular basis. Your exercise will include functional toning movements to create long, lean metabolically active muscle tone, and cardio intervals to provide a scientifically proven means of boosting your metabolic rate for the rest of your day. We also provide nutrition recommendations for an active life, and tools to help you track your progress! Of course, none of this would make any difference if you weren't performing it consistently, so we hold you accountable to your goals so that you see the results you work for.
