Our principals and professionals are located in Miami, San Juan, Puerto Rico, and Medellín, Colombia. We collectively draw on an extensive and versatile foundation of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, investment advisory, and real estate development and operations to unlock value for our investors in opportunistic, value-add, or distressed asset deals. In strategic partnership with our hospitality operator, Lifeafar Hospitality, and our lifestyle residential sales team, Lifeafar Residential, we also engage in land acquisition and new construction development of luxury residential condominium properties. In select cases we also acquire redevelop existing properties that can be transformed and reimagined as luxury real real estate. We design these properties to the highest standard of luxury living and brand them with a unique hospitality concept. These iconic properties become turn-key investments managed by Lifeafar Hospitality as vacation rental units for travelers and second homes for investors. Lifeafar Residential also has over 10 years of experience in the Medellín real estate market, and we help foreigners buy and sell property who are interested in living abroad or generating rental income.
