Life Singularity (LifeSingularity.com), an NVIDIA AI Inception Startup, is a Generative-AI/VR/Quantum platform for AI-driven real-time predictive health. Life Singularity, Inc. recently launched its "Precision Medicine for Prevention" Platform leveraging Computable Phenotypes with Social Determinants of Health and Federated Learning. Specifically, Life Singularity's Generative AI-driven "Precision Medicine for Prevention Platform" brings acceleration with pre-trained multi-modal predictive health models, that can be augmented with training on customer or synthetic data (leveraging transfer learning, large Language models (LLMs) like GPT3 and federated learning) and tailored to chronic disease management, high risk or underserved patient populations, and control and treatment of acute conditions. Digital Twins / Virtual Cohorts built from Synthetic Data Using Transfer Learning on our underlying patient data foundation (with 20-year longitudinal history available), and we have integrated over 150 million patient records, social determinants from 3142 counties, and hyper-local epidemiology from 6111 hospitals in the US geography. Life Singularity's AI-driven computable phenotypes can be leveraged to define whole-person health and to identify novel multi-markers for defining Digital Twins and virtual/synthetic cohorts based on population characteristics, risk factors, and complications; including stratification of patients for screening tests and interventions demonstrated to be effective in similar populations for real-time clinical decision support. Utilizing a billion-point database built on 30 data sources, we identify novel clinical and non-clinical predictive biomarkers for retrospective and prospective early risk stratification across multi-stage, multi-year progression in patients with chronic diseases such as CVD, cancer, mental health and in rare diseases. Our virtual health avatars combine advanced sensing of emotions, behaviors and lifestyles.
