.Life Choices Unlimited, Inc. provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities through the HCS & TxHmL Medicaid Programs. Life Choices Unlimited, Inc. will ensure that the rights of the individuals are respected and protected. Thus, promoting the individuals’ participation in making choices regarding the place the individual will live, work, attend school and take part in leisure activities. Life Choices Unlimited, Inc., has inspired us to remain focused in the provision of quality services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) Therefore, we take pride in providing a full array of Home & community Based Services (HCS) and the Texas Home Living Program (TxHmL) in accordance with the Texas Department of Aging & Disabilities (DADS) now Texas Health and Human Services (HHS).
