Lichfield Gateway is the latest flagship regeneration project led by CB Collier, redefining the Birmingham Road Site, as the first phase of a high-quality new neighbourhood for the city. Located opposite Lichfield City Station, the apartment-led scheme will establish a distinctive gateway into the historic centre. It will be sensitively designed, guided by an adopted design code and shaped through extensive community engagement. The development will deliver contemporary homes, green spaces, and amenities that respect Lichfield’s heritage whilst supporting its future growth.
