Lichen and Seaglass has a mission to empower clients to be partners in their own healing. We want to walk with clients, towards an understanding of how powerful their minds and bodies really are, and how each organ, each cell is part of a larger connected system. We offer a range of meditation assistance and energetic maintenance modalities, that will ideally help clients build sustainable mind-body wellness habits.
