History:
Isaac Larian, Founder and CEO, helped found a company called ABC Electronics in 1979, which changed its name to Micro Games of America in the late 80s. Then, in the late 90s when Larian looked to shift from electronic games to dolls and toys, the company name was changed to MGA Entertainment. In 2001 the company launched the cultural phenomenon Bratz; in 2006 MGA acquired iconic childhood brand, Little Tikes, building a robust portfolio of toys; in 2016 it launch the unboxing global sensation L.O.L. Surprise!; and in 2022 it launched MGA's Miniverse, the first DIY miniature collectible on the market. And the innovation keeps coming ...
