Library For All is a global initiative of Save the Children Australia. We work alongside communities to expand access to quality education by creating and sharing books and learning materials that reflect local languages, cultures, and contexts. Our focus is on supporting children in places where traditional education and publishing systems may not reach—through respectful partnership, co-creation, and tools designed for low-connectivity environments. What We Do Co-create culturally relevant children’s books Develop Social-Emotional Learning resources Collaborate with local writers, illustrators, and educators Publish in both digital and print formats Translate and adapt stories to reflect local language, culture, and accessibility needs Use ISO17100-aligned human translation processes Deliver through offline-first digital tools Provide a free reading app with 4,500+ books in 37+ languages Why It Matters Every child should see themselves in the stories they read.
