Liberum Corporate Services was set up by its current CEO, David Clinch, to service both the local business community and those overseas companies looking to establish a base in the UK. Focusing on small and medium sized enterprises (SME's) in the North West, David provides bespoke company secretarial services to those organisations, and through his network of associates also provides guidance and assistance to overseas companies already registered in the UK, or those thinking of opening a UK establishment. With many year's experience advising on corporate and commercial matters, David identified the area of company secretarial services as one which is overlooked in many instances, and one in which he has substantial knowledge and experience. Based on this he set up Liberumcs to focus on 3 key aspects of a company's needs, namely: to support the company's management; to assist and provide advice to its board of directors; and, to ensure the company's proper compliance with both the law and best practice. Based on these three principles, Liberumcs is designed to provide a cost effective, professional and personal service to SME's in the North West. With a free initial consultation to establish your company's UK, or overseas profile, Liberumcs and David will strive to work with you in a manner which suits your business best, be that discussing, considering and advising on matters over the telephone, on-line, or by meeting with you personally. Following our initial consultation and before commencing any work for you, we will provide you with a single fixed fee for the particular work you require doing, giving you a fixed cost for what is entailed.
