Lianky was an innovative Campus Recruitment Platform that operated in China. Efficiency Lianky helped companies to improve the efficiency of their recruitment efforts by employing Big Data and Machine Learning techniques that identified the best students for their company based on the students’ Aptitude, Skills, Academic Background, Motivation and Cultural Fit. Our predictive analytics helped companies to automatically rank their search results and rank the students that applied to their job offers. Furthermore, Lianky’s information was fully Standardized and Customized to Campus Recruitment (e.g. GPA, Field of Study, Expected Graduation Date). We also made available more information available than traditional CVs, such as Aptitude Test results (e.g. English skills, Logical Reasoning) or Projects and Papers that students had done while in college. Costs Saving By using Lianky’s Algorithms and Profile Screening tools, companies were able to save time in finding the best applicants.
