Lexity is an early-stage research and technology venture developing a spatial intelligence foundation layer for the built environment. We explore how real-world planning and infrastructure systems can be used to train reusable, auditable spatial representations — enabling AI systems to reason about physical space, regulatory constraints, and built form. Current focus: foundation-layer research, public-sector pilots, and early platform development.
