Leverage Loop was started with the belief that many high potential start-ups and small businesses that find early success ultimately struggle when their organizations lack the expertise to scale beyond the early team. Leadership coaches, technical experts, and business consultants each help with a dimension of scaling an organization in isolation, but none of them address the strategy, tactics, and ideas holistically and most (if not all) are incentivized on billable hours and not results. Moreover, looking to level up your internal team by hiring "home run" hitters who have been there and done that can be expensive up front and risky, especially if you get it wrong and hire a mercenary instead of a missionary. We dive deep with business owners and executive teams, usually starting with no-cost mentoring/coaching sessions, to understand your business objectives, strengths, assets, areas of opportunity and liabilities. We use that deeper context to ideate on what mechanisms and feedback loops we can implement for your business to return disproportionate return on your team's time and your business's capital. We believe this level of engagement with "no strings attached" is the first step in earning trust and demonstrating the value we can bring to your business. If you concur, we then will work with your team to design a plan to build out the necessary technology, data, and mechanisms to create organizational leverage and generate asymmetric value in the organization. Our model is one of us putting shared skin in the game, like an investor would, we usually structure a paid engagement with part of our compensation tied to future measurable incremental business value/results. That may be seen in future fundraising/debt rounds, incremental revenue growth, or other downstream targets. When we help create asymmetric upside for your organization, it demonstrates the long-term value we can continue to help your organization create through all stages of growth.
