The greatest asset of any small business are its people. Happy and healthy employees lead to happy clients which yield a healthy bottom line. Unfortunately, it has become increasingly difficult to keep employees both happy and healthy. Our mission is to change that. Even before the pandemic started, our country was deep into the greatest health crisis since its inception. Over 70% of the country is overweight or obese, over 20% report suffering from mental health disorders such as depression or anxiety, and these numbers continue to rise. According to the Center for Advancing Health (CFAH) 95% of workers feel stressed at work and 64% are either not engaged or actively disengaged. This is not a recipe for a happy and productive workforce. It is well known that regular exercise and nutritious whole foods can not only improve physical health, but also mental health conditions as well. So why don't people actually do those things? In our experience, it usually comes down to a perceived lack of time and lack of proper information. People think they need to spend countless hours in the gym, doing things they hate, and cutting out the foods they love to get in better shape. That's simply not true. We've developed a simple framework to educate employees on the basic principles that will make getting healthier feel fun and achievable. We package that framework into engaging programs that get employees amazing physical and mental results. After going through our program, employees not only report feeling increased energy and productivity levels, but also a greater level of engagement and satisfaction that their company truly cares for their health and well being.
