LeverVenture is an operator-led growth equity firm investing in life sciences and healthcare. We work in the space between venture capital and private equity, where a company has proven its science and now has to build the commercial organization around it. Five domains: biopharma and therapeutics, diagnostics and precision medicine, devices and robotics, digital health and delivery, longevity and neuro. Artificial intelligence runs across all five as the accelerant rather than sitting beside them as a sixth. Both Managing Partners have owned the revenue line inside an operating company. That is the qualification this seat actually requires. We sit with a company as operating partners and growth strategists rather than as names on a board. We co-invest by default. The partnerships worth having are the ones already de-risking an asset, so we step in alongside them and help management scale it. When the answer is no, the work still goes back to the company. Most companies we meet are not ready for the round they are raising, and a decline is usually a statement about timing rather than about the science. When we pass, we hand back what we built while we were deciding: a written readiness analysis of what we saw, what would have to be true for the answer to change, and the order we would work on it in.
