Lever is a sandbox for visually modeling financial decisions over time. Financial decisions made early in life are often the decisions that compound the most, taking large effect over time. Unfortunately, this is also the time of life when many individuals are unable to access a financial advisor. Lever allows individuals to model these decisions, revealing impact and directionality over time and accounting for critical factors like time value of money and purchasing power over time. As a sandbox, all inputs, assumptions, and levels of granularity are customizable. For that reason, Lever can be used for isolated decisions or to build comprehensive financial plans where the impact of decisions can be seen in relation to all other decisions and facts. Lever is not a budgeting app or replacement for professional financial advice, just a clearer way for individuals to explore financial decisions with clarity and confidence.
