We simplify a highly bureaucratic process on construction sites: verifying supplier safety documentation. LEVELS started as a consulting company for Generative AI projects, but we quickly noticed a concrete problem in the construction industry. We decided to focus entirely on this, developing Operatore Sicurezza (operatoresicurezza.it). It's an AI digital operator that automates all safety documentation verification. It takes thousands of documents (even disorganized, poorly named, or in complex formats), reads them, extracts data, and automatically verifies over 65 different types: company compliance, worker documents, machinery certifications. The result? What used to take hours or days now takes just a few minutes. We reduce verification time by 75% and human errors by 70%. The construction industry has always been one of the most digitally backward sectors in Italy, despite being a pillar of the Italian economy. Now we have the technology to change things, take a huge step forward, and bring construction site safety on par with other industries.
