Level 3 By Design Information

We help clients significantly elevate their leadership skills to empower people; unleash creativity, passion, and performance; and effect change. We use an uncommon disciplined practice to help our clients elevate these skills to a level that provides them a competitive edge and that creates a win for their company, people around them, and themselves. We offer a free consultation so that we can learn about you and your company’s needs, you can learn more about our company's work, and we can assess together whether our company’s services could be beneficial. Then if we agree that it makes sense to explore further, we will arrange for you to receive a free training session. We provide this free session as a means to introduce you to our company’s work and the benefits you will receive. This free session is typically provided using webinar technology. In this free session, you will learn at least three ideas you can immediately use to empower people. We also incorporate a 30-day Call to Action to make it easy for you to use what you learned to elevate your skill while you empower people through a daily activity that can be done in 10 minutes or less each day. This free session is one hour in length. It serves as the first training module of our company’s introductory leadership training program, Leaders Ignite. Leaders Ignite consists of six additional training modules typically provided monthly over the course of six months. Like the free session, each subsequent module incorporates a 30-day Call to Action to utilize the ideas learned to elevate skills in a daily activity that can be done in 10 minutes or less each work day. We provide this program one-to-one using webinar technology. We provide comparable content through interactive training sessions on site for a group of leaders from the same company. One-to-one sessions are one hour in length. Group training sessions are two hours in length. Our company also conducts needs assessments.
