Level 10 Fitness Inc offers the latest and best equipped high performance training centre in BC. Our facility is 8000 sq. ft. and boasts, 30 ft. high ceilings, three lanes of 30 yard long Mondo track, five Olympic lifting sets of bars and bumper plates, five power cages, IGX dumbbells from 3-130 lbs., life fitness multi station strength machines, Hammer Strength and Cybex strength apparatus, a Shuttle MVP, many varieties of core and stability equipment, a full array of the finest cardio equipment, a private studio (for group classes, exercise classes, educational events, sports psychology sessions), a message room, spa-like bathrooms that provide full amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, creams and lotions, a towel service and secure lockers for each user).
