Our Group Training Annex, located around the corner from the main gym at 110 N. 2nd St., features small group 60-minute sessions with top Certified Personal Trainers. Options include Martial Arts, TRX, Yoga, Barre, Zumba, BootCamps,and Kettlebells. We also specialize in semi-private personal training with some of the best and most experienced trainers in Philadelphia. We offer 30, 45, and 60 minute private training sessions.
