The Company was founded by Rhian Allen (mum of 2) who was pregnant with her first baby in 2010 and wanted to create a holistic solution to help mums to get healthy and lose weight after having children. It has quickly become the biggest mums only health weight loss site worldwide. The aim of The Healthy Mummy website and product range is to empower mums to live a healthier life.
