LEV2050 Information

LEV2050 is a company dedicated to industrial microbiology, focusing on oenological microbiology. We have also started our activity in brewing, baking and other sectors in agri-food industries. We started the activity in 2011 with studies on the selection of yeasts and lactic bacteria in the wine sector. Our objective has always been the maximum exaltation of personality, since the land and the grape are the main protagonists of both the winemaking and the final product. We offer a personalized service, since not only we isolate indigenous microorganisms, but also produce biomass in a completely tailor-made way. Later in 2014, we successfully launched the LEV2050® range of patented bioreactors on the market, drawing on our knowledge and experience as yeast and bacteria producers. In this way, we continue with the expansion and innovation in industrial microbiology in various sectors, in a versatile and tailored way, betting on sustainability and taking advantage of the existing biodiversity in each agri-food sector.
