Adding to this inspiring list of achievements, Marina is also a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of Australia, a Mentor and Certified Professional (CAHRI) of Australian Human Resource Institute and a Job Search Coach for Think Bespoke. Marina’s knowledge and an extensive background in HR with high profile corporations across a number of industries has provided her with the innate ability to develop training, coaching and mentoring. Having been made redundant herself and understanding the trauma caused to one’s self-esteem, confidence and lack of clarity provided the basis for Marina to launch Letz Create.
