We are a U.S.-based nonprofit advancing the rights, leadership, and well-being of women and girls in India and across the Global South — through awareness, philanthropy, and strategic partnership. We believe that when women and girls have the opportunity to learn, lead, and thrive, entire communities are transformed. Our journey began in India in 2000. Over more than two decades, we've helped build programs that have reached millions of girls — strengthening a global movement to end inequality and expand freedom, choice, and opportunity. That work has been recognized with the Skoll Award for Social Entrepreneurship (2016) and the Lipman Prize (2014). Today, we channel that legacy into a growing network of donors, partners, and advocates committed to lasting, community-led social change — not only in the U.S. and India, but globally.
