Inauguré sans s’annoncer sous un coucher de soleil parisien en 2013, le bar-restaurant Le Perchoir Ménilmontant a été un des premiers établissements parisiens à investir les hauteurs de la ville. Transformer les 400m2 de terrasse d’un immeuble industriel parisien en destination nocturne a été le premier défi de la bande du Perchoir.
Très vite, le lieu s’est transformé en véritable pôle d’attraction en toute saison grâce au bouillonnement qui l’agite : expositions, concerts, restaurants éphémères sur le toit, projections en plein air.
Toujours familial, le groupe Le Perchoir s'est agrandi au fil des ans pour compter aujourd'hui 3 établissements construits sur son ADN épicurien : l'amour de la fête, des rencontres artistiques et culinaires.
Paris, la ville que ne dort jamais, a ainsi accueilli Le Perchoir Ménilmontant, La Passerelle, Le Perchoir Marais, Le Perchoir de l'Est, Le Pavillon Puebla, Chéper et Le Perchoir Porte de Versailles.
