The story of Olivier's Breads cannot be told without the story of its founder Olivier Audibert and his unrelenting passion for the slow-fermentation process. In 2009, Olivier's Breads opened and introduced Western Canada to authentic French Artisan Bread. Today, Olivier’s Breads are available in hundreds of local supermarkets all over BC. They also started their first Boulangerie-Café in Coquitlam where you can eat all kinds of amazing danishes and pastries. All our creations are allowed to come to life naturally with the 'Long-Fermentation Process' which has been used in Europe for centuries. Our French master bakers refuse to compromise on the artistry of our breads and pastries. There are no chemical preservatives, GMO grain or high gluten elements found in Olivier’s La Boulangerie. Our bread is simple, natural and delicious.
