The members of our Business Law Group provide legal counseling and advice to US and Mexico clients in a full spectrum of domestic and cross-border business and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance, restructurings and almost every type of commercial transactions. We develop a deep understanding of our clients’ industries, become experts in their individual business, and become their trusted advisors and go to persons for most, if not all, legal matters. In addition, we provide “off-site general counsel” services to start-up, family mid-market businesses, which allows them to focus on running their business while we take care of their legal issues. Our Real Estate Group provides a complete range of services in the Mexico and California real estate industry for our investor and developer clients. This Group assists in property acquisition, development, financing, operation, debt restructure and disposition for all types of real property, in collaboration with our Business Law and Global Practice groups. We also have a Global Team, which provides corporate advice and counsel to both Mexico and foreign-based clients, helping them determine how best structure their investments and do business in Mexico and in the US. Our attorneys also provide advice, and collaborate as experts, in litigation matters involving Mexico and international laws.
