Lener Asesores is composed of lawyers and economists and has more than 35 years of experience in legal and economic advice to companies. We are recognized in the market for our track record in restructuring, refinancing operations, venture capital and insolvency proceedings. We have about 300 professionals with six offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Oviedo, Vigo, Valladolid and Seville.
