Lemond Consulting was started by Ken Lemond as a one-person consultancy practice in 1994. Ken Lemond is a Scottish Chartered Accountant (C.A.) and an M.B.A. He specialises in business advisory across a broad base of industry sectors and has extensive experience in performance improvement, having worked in variety of business turnarounds cases in Scotland and England. Key areas of specialisation include business analysis and assessment. establishing improvement or recovery plans, assessing changes in management teams and dealing with funding, funding crisis and negotiations. He has also worked with several of the major banks to achieve debt reduction measures as a platform for the stabilisation, turnaround or disposal of a business. Lemond Consulting will work with small organisations with sole proprietors up to medium sized enterprises.
