Since its inception in 2013, Smoking BBQ has evolved from a small food truck (Le Smoking BBQ) to Canada's largest fleet of food trucks. The initial truck was a huge success, paving the way for steady growth. Since then, the company has expanded its service offering with the addition of several new trucks, each with distinct menus and ambiances, becoming a staple for large-scale events (up to 20,000 people!) Fast forward to 2023 and Smoking BBQ now owns 20 trucks with 13 different themes, and employs over 200 people. They offer a turnkey event service with logistics, tents, tables, chairs, etc., and have done over 5,000 corporate events.

La Serre is branded as one of the top restaurants in Dubai, consists of Bistro & Boulangerie as well. Private dining is also available at La Serre Dubai.
