Legacy Machining is set up to operate with agility allowing for both low-volume and high-volume CNC manufacturing. Legacy Machining’s quality management system is tailored to provide a standard of quality that can be expected with every order. With a dedicated team both in the office and on the manufacturing floor, Legacy Machining continues to develop into a forward focused business that is committed to its customers. Our vertical machining centers are able to hold tolerances up to +/- 0.0005″. The production mills boasts 20HP for heavy cuts, high-speed machining for efficient operations and rigid tapping for threading. The low volume mill has a 10,000 rpm spindle and high-speed machining processor with wireless programming for reduced setup times. Our lathes are able to hold tolerances up to +/-0.0002”. The high-volume production machine is complete with sub-spindle, bar feeder and live tooling which translates to reduced part costs and increased capacity. The low volume workhorse is equipped with an 8″ 3-jaw chuck, large spindle bore capacity and a tailstock for added support.
