The Quad Cities Community Foundation is the place where generous people in the Quad Cities (and beyond!) make gifts to support their community, organizations and causes most important to them. We are a public charity committed to listening to our donors’ charitable goals and working alongside them to help them best meet their hopes and dreams.

Truman Heartland Community Foundation’s mission is to improve area communities by promoting private giving for public good. We do this by growing charitable giving in Eastern Jackson County, connecting donors to causes important to them and leading our region in addressing important community needs. We are able to serve area donors by helping them organize their charitable giving through a personal or corporate fund. After learning what each donor is passionate about, we channel our expertise, technology, and connections with area nonprofits to help them achieve their charitable, personal, and financial goals. Our National Certification through the Community Foundations National Standards Board ensures donors that we’ve met the nation’s highest philanthropic standards for operational quality, integrity and accountability. Our strong local presence and knowledge of Eastern Jackson County provides donors with the greatest potential for impact in the community where they live, serve and work.

We are a 501c3 nonprofit with an inspiring history of fostering charitable endeavors, and have provided more than $107 million in grants and scholarships to the local community since 1984. We collaborate with individuals, families, and businesses to match their charitable interests with community needs and strengthen local nonprofits through grants and resources.
