Leeming Associates Information

Leeming Associates was established in 1982 by Glen Leeming MRICS, MCIOB, initially as a Chartered Quantity Surveying practice providing quantity surveying services to brewery, leisure, hotel and retail clients. The company has developed and grown over the years to provide a full range of professional building surveying, design, cost, project management/contract administration and CDM Co-ordination services. James Alderson BSc.(Hons) became a Director in 2010 and since 2003 we have worked in association with Michael Thomas DipArch RIBA. In most instances we are able to meet a client's full requirements in house. Where this is not possible we can call upon a number of consultants throughout the country with whom we have had long working relationships to cover other services, for example structural engineering and mechanical and electrical design. Leeming Associates have been able to develop long term associations with a number of clients with a high percentage of new business coming via recommendation. Our aim is to provide a comprehensive but flexible range of professional services at competitive rates to suit the requirements of property owners or property managers. These services could range from the preparation of basic schedules of condition, budget costings or feasibility studies through to the full design and project management of refurbishment or new build schemes.
